Workers remove the walls of Hangar 1 at Moffett Field due to PCBs leeching from the materials into groundwater. Along with the 80x120' wind tunnel, Hangar 1 is one of the most noticeable historic landmarks on the base. While this has been planned for quite some time, there is no guarantee that the hangar's walls will be replaced due to limited funding.
